Viola pedata - Birdfoot Violet


Viola pedata is a perennial flower that blooms pinkish/purple birdfoot shaped flowers in the late spring, which is how it got its nickname of Birdfoot Violet. It grows 4" tall in predominately dry soil and loves to soak in the sun.
