Ophiopogon planiscapus 'Nigrescens' - Black Mondo Grass


Opiopogon planiscapus is a stoloniferous grass-like perennial with narrow deep green leaves, whitish-lilac bell flowers that appear in summer followed by dark purple berries.

'Nigrescens' has blackish-purple leaves with whitish-pink flowers in summer.  The clumps are shorter than the straight species.
