A native Iris to Long Island, Blue Flag Iris produces wonderful purple/blue blooms in early to mid spring.   The plants produces bulbs and will produce additional plants year after year that can be divided into more plants to give to friends or add in other areas of the garden.   Great for ponds or low areas or heavy soil areas that retain moisture.
